משרד עו"ד רחל פשר אייקנאר, הוא משרד עורכי דין העוסק במשפט אזרחי ובכלל זה בקניין רוחני. המשובר במשרד וירטואלי ועל כן אין צורך להצהיר על נגישות פיסית למקום. במקרה של צורך במפגש פנים אל מול פנים עם הלקוחות – תיקבע פגישה במקום מוסכם מראש ושאלות של נגישות פיזית יתואמו מראש עם לקוח שעשויים להיות לו צרכים בתחום הנגישות. אנו פועלים רבות על מנת להנגיש את הארגון ואת אתר האינטרנט שלנו לאנשים עם מוגבלות על מנת לקדם שוויון זכויות ושקיפות כלפי אנשים עם מוגבלות

אתר אינטרנט נגיש, הינו אתר המאפשר לאדם עם מוגבלות, לגלוש באותה רמת יעילות והנאה כגולשים אחרים, תוך שימוש ביכולות המערכת עליה הוא פועל ובאמצעות טכנולוגיות מסייעות לנגישות
ביצוע התאמות הנגישות באתר האינטרנט
התאמות הנגישות באתר בוצעו בהתאם לסימן ג': שירותי האינטרנט בתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות) התשע"ג 2013, לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 המבוסס על הנחיותWCAG 2.0 – באמצעות מערכת ENABLE וכן תוך שימוש במערכת הבדיקה של חברת WIX, בין השאר בנוגע לניגודיות ו/או לטקסטים מתארי תמונות.
האתר תומך בשימוש בטכנולוגיות מסייעות כגון תוכנות הקראת מסך, בגלישה בעזרת מקלדת על ידי שימוש במקשי ה-Tab וה-Shift+Tab למעבר בין קישורים, מקשי החיצים, מקש ה-Enter לבחירה, מקש ה-Esc ליציאה מתפריטים וחלונות, לחיצה על H או על מספר למעבר בין כותרות.
האתר יבדק מדי פעם כדי להבטיח את תחזוקת נגישות האתר.
הסדרי נגישות בארגון
כאמור בפתיח להצהרה זו- המדובר במשרד עורכי דין וירטואלי- במובן זה שהשירותים בו ניתנים באמצעות הטלפון, באמצעות שיחות וידיאו וכל טכנולוגיה אחרת המאפשרת תקשורת הנדרשת בין עורכת דין לבין לקוחותיה - במסגרת דרישות הדין לפרטיות. למרות זאת, יתכנו גם פגישות פיזיות שיקבעו בין עורכת הדין לבין לקוחותיה. במקרה כשזה- יקבע באופן פרטני עם הלקוחות מקום מפגש- ובאם ללקוחות ישנן צרכים בתחום הנגישות- אילו יענו ומקום המפגש הפיזי יתואם עמם בהתאם כדי לענות על צרכים אילו.

The attorney office of Rachel Pasher Eijkenaar, is a law office that deals with civil law, including intellectual property. The office is a virtual office and therefore there is no need to declare physical accessibility to the place. In the event of a need for a face-to-face meeting with the clients - a meeting will be arranged at a pre-agreed place and questions of physical accessibility will be coordinated in advance with a client who may have needs in the area of accessibility. We work hard to make the organization and our website accessible to people with disabilities in order to promote equal rights and transparency towards people with disabilities.
The essence of an accessible website
An accessible website is a website that allows a person with a disability to surf with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other surfers, using the capabilities of the system on which it operates and through technologies that help accessibility.
Making accessibility adjustments on the website
The accessibility adjustments on the website were made in accordance with mark C: Internet services in the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (service accessibility adjustments) 2013, to the Israeli standard TI 5568 based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines - using the ENABLE system as well as using the WIX company's test system, Among other things regarding the contrast and/or the texts describing the images.
The website supports the use of assistive technologies such as screen reader software, browsing with a keyboard by using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys to move between links, the arrow keys, the Enter key to select, the Esc key to exit menus and windows, pressing H or on a number to move between titles.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization
As mentioned in the introduction to this statement - this is a virtual law firm - in the sense that the services in it are provided by phone, video calls and any other technology that enables communication required between a lawyer and her clients - within the framework of the law's requirements for privacy. Despite this, there may also be physical meetings arranged between the lawyer and her clients. In this case - a meeting place will be determined individually with the customers - and if the customers have needs in the area of accessibility - if they meet them and the physical meeting place will be coordinated with them accordingly to meet those needs.
